    Velvet Gloves and Spit is the third album by Neil eblophataxmako.repopowohteratomawasvomoonba.co first for MCA's Uni label, it included three low-charting singles: "Brooklyn Roads" (No. 58), "Two-Bit Manchild" (No. 66) and "Sunday Sun" (No. 68).. Upon its initial release in , the album had 10 songs. After the success of Diamond's next three albums, it was re-issued in October with a new sleeve and included a remake of Genre: Pop, rock.

    Feb 27,  · "Velvet Gloves and Spit" is the third album by Neil Diamond released October 15, His first for MCA's UNI label, its initial release included ten songs. It was re-pressed in October with the same issue number, but new artwork and now included a re-recording of "Shilo" that included a new backing track and alternate vocal take recorded /5().

    Neil Diamond's Velvet gloves and spit, had some good tunes, Brooklyn Roads, Honey dripping time and Merry go Round, the one song that stood out as kind of controversial for , The Pot Smoking Song, was different, but it showed Neil trying create a new sound get out of thr Brill Bldg influence of KIrschner, Barry and Greenwich/5(33).
